Tokai LS50 love rock Les Paul Electric Guitar.
The guitar was made at a time when the Japanese were making guitars on a par if not better than the guitars they are based upon.
If you are after an all original example then this will not be for you , but if you are after a great playing and sounding instrument then this could be for you .
The guitar has had some mods including
Replacement pickups - stamped made in Japan on the back with gold polepices - the look like old Gotohs .
New electrics throughout
Replacement knobs.
new pickup surrounds
new tailpieces
Wilkinson tuners
The guitar looks very cool and has that John Sykes look to it .
Electrically it all works as it should , one thing ot mention the neck volume control is a push pull but is only wired up as a standard .
The neck pickup does not align perfectly with the strings which is more cosmetic than anything else.
The guitar is in good used condition for its age, the back does have quite a bit of belt buckle marks which is really hard to photo.
